Shipping and state rules
Where we can and cannot ship, and what shipping costs.
Shipping cost
Flat rate of $7.95 on orders under $75. Orders of $75 or more ship free. There is no minimum order. Items ship direct from supplier warehouses, so one order can arrive in more than one package.
Where we cannot ship
| Product type | We do not ship to | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Stun guns, stun flashlights and TASER devices | HI, MA, IL, WI, MI | Banned, or a permit or license must be on file first. |
| Batons | CA | Shipping restricted. |
| Pepper spray | No state bans listed | NJ and MI buyers must be 18+ with no felony record, and the canister can be 0.75 oz or less. |
| Knives, handcuffs, cameras | No restrictions listed | State and city rules vary. Check yours before you order. |
This list follows our supplier's shipping policy and is not legal advice. Kits that contain a restricted item cannot ship to that state. Laws change and cities add their own rules, so confirm what is legal where you live.
Age
You must be 18 or older and legally allowed to own these items where you live. The cart asks you to confirm this.
