2. We reply with a quote
You get pricing for your quantities, with team pricing at 10 or more. We flag anything we cannot ship to your state.
3. We ship direct
Orders ship from the supplier warehouse. You do not wait on stock we hold, and there is no minimum order.

Before you equip staff
Check local law, your lease, your insurer and your employer policies first. Some places require licensing or training for anything beyond an alarm. We do not ship batons to California, or stun devices and TASER devices to HI, MA, IL, WI or MI.

Is there a minimum order?
No. Team pricing starts at 10 or more units of the same item or kit, and we are happy to quote smaller mixed orders.
How fast will I hear back?
We reply to quote requests by email. Please include your state and the items you want so we can quote in one reply.
Can you ship to several locations?
Yes. List the locations in the notes and we will quote each shipment.
Do you ship products that are restricted in my state?
No. We do not ship batons to California, or stun devices and TASER devices to HI, MA, IL, WI or MI.
Can I pay by invoice?
Ask in your request. Payment options for business accounts are still being finalised.
