What to do if something arrives damaged, wrong or does not work.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Email sales@safershot.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Other returns
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days with our approval. Contact us first for a return authorization. Pepper spray with a broken seal, and any item used, cannot be returned. Shipping on a change-of-mind return is paid by the buyer.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method after we receive the item.
